Our joint project starts with a joint kick-off. In this, we – your brickfox consultant, your personal integration manager, your new account manager and you – go through all the important project points together.

Integration Timetable & ToDos

Your account manager will sit down with you to set a detailed integration schedule. This will be done within a pre-determined integration window. Together you will discuss the next steps and to-dos.

Basic Setup Your brickfox Client

In the background of our discussions, the basic setup of your brickfox client is already being prepared. This means that in the next few days you will be able to access it via a fixed URL and with a generic user name.

Integration Implementation

The integration phase, which starts now, varies depending on the scope of the project and usually lasts 4-8 weeks. Your integration manager configures your brickfox client according to the specified dates. In order to stick to the planned schedule, it is important that you also complete any "homework" on time.

video Tutorials

The topics you will be working on during the integration phase are explained in detail in video tutorials. This means you can complete your to-dos according to your own schedule and involve your employees flexibly. If you still have any questions, your integration manager will be happy to provide you with advice and support.

Multichannel know-how

We are not only familiar with our own software, but also know the requirements and challenges of online marketplaces. Both the brickfox software and the integration team have important channel know-how. Your Integration Manager will support you in this regard with useful tips for multi-channel business.

Integration Implementation

As soon as your eCommerce landscape is fully integrated into brickfox and all data is "clean" in the system, your new multichannel landscape goes live. From this point on, you can sell on various sales channels via brickfox and are able to integrate new sales channels into your multichannel system at any time.

Account Manager Professional Services

Your account manager is your personal contact for all matters beyond technical questions. He will support you, for example, in planning new channels. The Professional Services team is now available to you for technical matters and support.

Training & Workshops

Most questions about using the software are usually answered before or during the integration phase. If you have further questions about using brickfox, an individual introduction to the software or training your team, you can book an expert training course. Please contact your account manager.
