How the Galaxus dealer program works
As a seller, you enter into purchase agreements directly with end customers through the dealer program. Orders received by Galaxus are forwarded to you immediately. You then send the ordered products directly to your customers. As an agent within the dealer program, Galaxus manages your product data, order management and the entire payment process.

All data in one place
With brickfox Multichannel Middleware you can connect your online shop, your ERP system, your inventory management system or your PIM with galaxus.de and galaxus.ch as well as other marketplaces. Our bidirectional brickfox Galaxus interface automatically exports product data, imports orders and updates stocks across channels according to defined rules. You can optionally prepare the product data in the brickfox PIM for specific channels. The interface is available with or without shop control, depending on your shop system.
The most important interfaces to Galaxus
The Galaxus interface connects your Shopware online shop directly with galaxus.ch and galaxus.de. You benefit from central product data management for Galaxus and other marketplaces, automated, rule-based product range management and intelligent order and inventory management. brickfox offers you various multichannel plugins in the Shopware Community Store to connect your Shopware shop to Galaxus. The Galaxus interface is available for both Shopware 5 and Shopware 6, with or without shop management.

With the brickfox middleware you can connect your Oxidshop bidirectionally with galaxus.ch, galaxus.de and other marketplaces. Depending on the version of your Oxidshop, you will find various brickfox modules in the OXID eXchange to connect your Oxidshop with Galaxus & Co. If necessary, you can even control your Oxidshop or several Oxidshops directly from the central brickfox cockpit.
brickfox for Oxid
brickfox connects your Magento online shop / Adobe Commerce platform with galaxus.ch, galaxus.de and other marketplaces. You benefit from central product data management for Galaxus and all connected marketplaces in your multi-channel landscape, automated rule-based assortment management in the channels and intelligent order and inventory management. The latter ensures cross-channel stock comparison thanks to bidirectional interface functionality. Regardless of the type and number of sales channels, your stocks are always up to date in all connected systems.
With the Shopify Galaxus interface from brickfox, you can seamlessly link your Shopify shop with galaxus.ch and galaxus.de. You can conveniently manage all your sales on all sales channels - both in your Shopify online shop and on marketplaces - from a central brickfox cockpit. Your product data comes from your ERP, your inventory management system or your existing PIM. In the brickfox PIM, specially developed for the requirements of the Multichannel Middleware Hub, your product data is enriched for specific channels. Product range management is automated according to your individual rules. Intelligent order and inventory management ensures cross-channel updates of orders and inventories.
The Galaxus interface from brickfox seamlessly links your ERP system, your ERP system or your PIM with galaxus.ch and galaxus.de. By integrating your existing system into the brickfox landscape, you not only have access to Galaxus, but also to other marketplaces. You can centrally control all sales channels - and, depending on your shop system, your online shop too. If your product data management system is not offered by us, the brickfox CSV interface offers a solution for exchanging product data.
Data exchange with galaxus.ch and galaxus.de is also possible via the brickfox XML or CSV interface. This option is often used if your existing shop, ERP or PIM are not among the systems that brickfox integrates via a standard interface.
