dCommerce – The platform for digitalization and e-commerce
Since its founding in 2015, the dCommerce.blog has developed steadily and established itself as a central point of contact for topics relating to digitalization, trade and e-commerce. What originally began as a blog, based on an idea by Stefan Hamann (Founder and CEO of Shopware), quickly developed into a versatile platform.
Dietmar Hoelscher, who was then working in management at Shopware AG, was encouraged by Hamann to share his numerous ideas and insights in a blog. This is how the success story began.

Dietmar Hoelscher, CEO of brickfox, has run dCommerce alongside his main business over the years, always striving to create an independent platform for the exchange of current developments in e-commerce. Since 2024, dCommerce has now been fully transferred to brickfox, which means that the focus of the blog and podcast will increasingly be on Multichannel e-commerce and Automation lies.
