The best of two worlds
Until now, brickfox was primarily known as a service provider with its own standard software, supporting retailers, manufacturers, and brands in the implementation of complex e-commerce projects. We've kept a close eye on almost every detail: from interface integration and marketplace mapping to all project services. The result? Extremely in-depth expertise and a service that leaves nothing to be desired.
The future belongs to the software ecosystem
At the same time, this "all-round carefree" concept also meant that we had to invest a lot of energy in projects and services – and couldn't invest this capacity in our core product, the software. This is precisely where our new approach comes in: brickfox is becoming a software provider with a strong partner ecosystem. This allows us to focus on what we do best: technological innovation for e-commerce.
brickfox 2.0: More power, more possibilities
Over the last two years we have worked hard to develop brickfox as software 2.0 The goal: more Independence and Flexibility for our customers and partners. Dealing with complex requirements (e.g. variant logic or the integration of special marketplace conditions) becomes easier – and the best: Projects that previously could only be implemented by us can now be faster and independent by agencies or directly by our customers.
More connections, greater scalability
The fact that we've already connected over 200 marketplaces demonstrates how consistently we're working toward this vision. But we're going even further: By the end of the year, we aim to break the 400 mark. Our new architecture will also make connecting accounting, ERP, PIM, and inventory management systems significantly easier and therefore more efficient.
