Price adjustment of your brickfox tariff as of 01.01.24
We would like to inform you about some important innovations and tariff adjustments in our range of services:
Price adjustment: We were able to successfully avoid a cost increase through price negotiations with our hosting provider until October. However, we have now reached a limit here too. Due to increased energy costs, the prices for existing Old contracts, which are not completed in the Unified Commerce Hub (UCH) universe, increased by 15% at the turn of the year. The reason for this is the conventional servers (hardware), which consume more energy and generate more heat and therefore require cooling than those in the scalable cloud.
For Unified Commerce Hub Customers will incur a price adjustment of approximately 2,5% at the turn of the year. You can find the new prices here.
Seasonal tariff options: We are aware that some of our customers have a seasonal business. For this reason, we have created a new tariff option within the Unified Commerce Hub universe in which the order limit can be exceeded without additional costs. These can bring significant price savings and are optimally tailored to the needs of seasonal manufacturers and retailers.
Moving costs: We are offering you a free switch to Unified Commerce Hub until November 30.11.2023, 01.12.2023. From December 750, 1.250, the move will cost XNUMX euros per client and XNUMX euros for each channel.
New contracts: By switching to the Unified Commerce Hub, you benefit from a more efficient system that runs entirely in the cloud and the Price adjustment is only around 2,5%, as we host the data on an energy-efficient cloud server. For customers in the Unified Commerce Hub universe, we have greatly expanded the scope of the individual tariff levels in terms of users and active channels, while at the same time reducing the PIM prices. Furthermore, we have significantly increased the discount on the monthly system fee for the Multichannel Middleware Hub for our early adopter customers.
