Moussa is 28 years old and lives in Bochum. He works 100% remotely from the city that Herbert Grönemeyer sang about... lalala... "because who lives in Düsseldorf?" Bochum may not look quite as Caribbean as his meeting screenshot, but Moussa has a sunny Caribbean disposition... and a smart brain. Moussa is a power worker. He works through his tickets at record speed... focused and with an overview. Sometimes he starts the day as early as 7 a.m. so that he still has enough time for studying and sports.
Speaking of sport. Moussa is – hold on tight – a wrestler! Yes… a wrestler who uses throws, slingshots and levers to catapult his opponents from a standing position to the ground. So watch out! He practiced these and similar types of “fun fights” with his 6 siblings as a child. His penchant for wrestling and growing up with 6 siblings is probably also responsible for the fact that he never has to struggle for the right words when it comes to communicating with customers… he just has practice. All in all, sport is really important to Moussa because exercise keeps your head clear! And in the end, everyone benefits from that… our customers, our partners, the team and of course himself… a clear win-win situation. 🙂
