[vc_row]

A sporty e-commerce day at the Motorworld Stuttgart was the successful start to a series of events with a special character - the brickfox USER DAY. A course through marketplaces such as bepado, Rakuten & eBay, a tour of the Amazon race track and straightening out the curves in returns management with pixi* and GREYHOUND are just a selection of the training units that challenged multichannel customers on the first brickfox USER DAY 2014.

A professional team from the e-commerce scene maneuvered brickfox customers around the race tracks of multi-channel retail last Friday. After the starting signal from Torsten Blümel – Sales and Marketing Manager of brickfox GmbH – brickfox Managing Director Martin Haak presented the multi-channel roadmap for 2015. In the warm-up that followed, with presentations by Dietmar Hölscher/bepado and Hagen Meischner/pixi*, the participating brickfox pilots experienced an exciting section of the route. They learned first-hand how they can expand their product range with the new dealer network of bepado expand and optimize their own reach through a suitable presence in "foreign" online shops. After all, online shoppers are happy when they find the right glasses in addition to the wine they want to order. Even if the retailer doesn't have any glasses in their range, they can offer them - thanks to the bepado retailer network. That's innovative e-commerce!

After rounding off the range and selling a product, the final stage of the sale must be mastered - the product must be shipped and returns avoided. According to Hagen Meischner from the shipping logistics company pixi* already conscientious preparatory work. This begins with the product presentation and ends with the right packaging. If a product is returned despite optimal preparatory work, the right returns management is required. Personalized return slips, return labels or return receipt confirmations are just a few keywords from the repertoire of optimal returns handling.

The actual training session began at midday with practical workshops. In addition to delving deeper into the topics already mentioned, brickfox customers learned from online marketing expert Stephan Sigloch how to optimize their product data for Amazon. Michael "Ohlly" Ohlhoff from Bear Family Records showed how brickfox customers can create print catalogs with minimal effort, thereby gaining numerous new customers and increasing their sales. The "Bear Family Records principle" has already been transferred to other industries and is being used successfully in the textile sector, for example.

Last but not least, the brickfox USER DAY 2014 was also about brickfox insides. Dealing with feedback from individual sales channels and introducing the new brickfox CSV connector showed the multi-channel pilots how to avoid crashes in e-commerce and instead bring a few extra horsepower to the start. The home stretch led the multi-channel pilots straight to the Targa Florio pleasure academy. Instead of a final champagne shower, a top-class dinner speech awaited: e-commerce pilot René Marius Köhler has been steering his company - internetstores - to pole position in online retail for years. He revealed to brickfox customers live and directly how he manages this and what challenges await him every day.

A big THANK YOU goes to all partners and participants of the first brickfox USER DAY... Thank you for the great sessions and the active participation in the workshops! The first feedback from the racing teams is encouragingly positive: "It was not only interesting and entertaining, but we also learned a lot of new things!" says Thomas Burgemeister from kontaktlinsen.de. The first brickfox USER DAY has thus achieved its goal. We are already looking forward to the next race.
