This was made possible by an intelligent software system in the front, middle and back end - the brickfox E-Commerce Cloud. In the back end, the content management system works together with the brickfox E-Commerce Cloud. The brickfox E-Commerce Cloud is the linchpin for controlling the online sales channels and linking them with the retailer's infrastructure. Through the complete integration of the trading processes, it enables a uniform representation of all components such as shipping, returns, cancellations, etc.

The brickfox PIM enables the central control and management of product data in the backend and the media presentation in the frontend. All information regarding customers, orders and availability is coordinated via automated interfaces between the shop frontend, logistics service providers and other sales channels and displayed everywhere in real time.

This means that every order placed in the shop frontend is immediately sent to brickfox. Brickfox immediately adjusts the stock quantity accordingly and stores the new availability in the frontend. This shortens delivery times and prevents stock outages. At the same time, this means simple and clear administration for the retailer and optimal inventory management.

The shop user benefits from the shop's clarity, easy usability and numerous services. Regular promotions such as cinema ticket raffles or shop vouchers also contribute to customer loyalty.
